This beef bundle includes:
8 lbs of ground beef (1 lb packages)
2 roasts (approximately 3lbs each)
1 package of NY strip or ribeye steaks (2 per package)
1 package of sirloin steak
 
All packages of meat are vacuum sealed (except the ground beef) and frozen.
